The game is a sequel to Pro Yakyuu GG League, sharing many of the features and graphics. Now the number of game modes are narrowed down to an Open Mode, Versus Mode and Tournament Mode and no team editing, just Players Data. There are also new teams for its time, voice samples, auto play, different view perspectives and four different stadiums to play in.
